What's inside you
is worth betting on.

I explore what helps people become capable of more, and what keeps what's already inside them from making it into the world. For more than 18 years, I've worked across complex organizations, leadership, human transformation, and the things I've built along the way.

A question I keep coming back to

What expands us—and what quietly holds us back?

What I'm noticing

You can know what you're supposed to do and still not move. You can wait for permission. Perform for belonging. Keep proving your value. Shape yourself for the room. You can become very good at being who everyone needs you to be—and still lose track of what's actually leading you.

What's actually
leading you?

Identity Before Strategy

We spend a lot of time asking what to do next. I think we're starting too late. Before asking what you should do next, understand who is doing the choosing.

01

Identity

Who are you when there's nothing left to prove?

I'm interested in what happens when we stop letting fear, performance, pressure, and other people's expectations make decisions for us.

02

Human Systems

What becomes possible when we design for the humans doing the work?

I've spent my career inside complex organizations studying what helps people, leaders, and systems actually move. Because transformation isn't finished when the strategy changes.

Relationships

How do the people around us shape what becomes possible?

The people around you shape what's possible around you. Some relationships reinforce who you've been. Others introduce you to ideas, places, perspectives, and possibilities you couldn't see from where you were standing. I'm interested in what happens when we build those relationships with intention.

Human capability in the AI era

I'm less interested in predicting whether humans will matter. I believe we will. I'm interested in the creativity, judgment, relationships, trust, curiosity, and entrepreneurial thinking we'll need to develop next.

My story

I left St. Louis and moved 18 hours away to Miami because I knew my environment was limiting what I had in me. Miami expanded my world. Fifteen years later, I moved again. Houston gave me enough quiet to notice what all the movement had been covering—I had become very good at being productive, dependable, busy, and needed, and I had to ask whether those things had quietly started telling me who I was.

My faith forced the question deeper. I've learned that believing something eventually requires movement. I believe what God placed inside you is meant to be released into the world.
