About

Where did this
worldview come from?

St. Louis. Miami. Houston. And every room since, where I learned the same thing again in a different accent: what's inside you is your greatest asset—if you're willing to bet on it.

My story

I stopped waiting for permission.

I didn't grow up around people who looked like they belonged in the rooms I eventually ended up in.

I learned early that if I waited for permission, or waited until I felt ready, or waited until every piece lined up neatly—I'd wait forever. So I stopped waiting. I moved cities. I moved industries. I said yes to rooms I hadn't been fully trained for, and figured the rest out on the way there.

Eighteen-plus years later, that's still the throughline: interviews, coaching, enterprise transformation, leadership development, workforce experiences—different rooms, same conviction. What God placed inside you is meant to be released into the world, not managed down to fit someone else's comfort.

Faith & grounding

My faith has always been bigger than any man's voice.

Before there was a framework, a keynote, or a venture, there was a belief I couldn't shake: that what's placed inside a person isn't an accident, and it isn't meant to stay hidden out of fear or convenience. That belief is quieter than most of what's on this site—but it's underneath all of it.

Relationships & style

Rare because of
the combination.

The people around me have always shaped what I could see next. I try to build the same for others—tables rare not because everyone looks important, but because of who's actually in the room together.

Physical practice

Discipline is
evidence too.

Running. Strength work. The occasional HYROX event. None of it is a rebrand—it's the same conviction showing up in my body instead of a boardroom: capacity expands when you're willing to do the unglamorous, repeated work nobody sees.

Quiet

Curiosity, quiet, and building are not opposites. Most of what you see publicly started in a notebook, alone, long before it had a name.
