Who are you when there's nothing left to prove?
Most of us build an identity out of what earns approval—achievement, performance, being needed. It works, until it doesn't. Identity work isn't self-help. It's the foundation every decision, response, and direction gets built on, whether we examine it or not.
The questions I keep circling: What are you performing that you no longer need to? What would change if you led from settled instead of proving?
What I'm noticing
The people who change the most stop asking for permission first.
